What have they ever really come through on, with any of their so called news releases. The marina/no, the port/no, the Ottawa center/no, the pool area/no, India/no, Mediacom/no or not yet, soccer stadium/no, university/no, on and on and on/no no no. If this has value, it would have had some impact in 2016, redate it and pass it as new for the new crowd, worth a try at minimum cost.
