The stupid people that gave this company more money can exercise their warrants at 23 cents! ha
Or if the stock goes over 30 cents a share average.
So basically those people will never see their money again but they likely dont care. When you are rich its good to have a write off and edgewater is a for sure write off.
Dont worry they will use that money for normal day to day options of paying a couple people and basically thats it.
Unreal a pathetic company like this can still manage to get hand outs.

The Conv. debenture holders get paid 10%/yr interest and can then convert into shares at $0.12. They don't care if the warrants ever get exercised.

Relatively speaking there's lots of buying at 6.5 cents -- too bad it is a red number.

never mind. I changed the colour of the quote to green and copy/ pasted the image into the message. It didn't show up of course. A preview button for posts or a warning that content won't post would be nice.

And volume up a bit today again with price down. The effect of silence re progress of any kind. No sense painting it green - natural is much better.

Yeah, it's a concern the next time the stock price goes up is he just gonna dump again? Was he the one killing the stock price two weeks ago four months ago? How about a year and a half ago?
