Gold Terra Resource Corp. is a junior gold exploration company. The Company holds a portfolio of gold exploration assets in the mining jurisdictions of the Northwest Territories and New Brunswick. The Company’s Yellowknife Project (YP) encompasses about 918 square kilometers of contiguous land immediately north, south, and east of the City of Yellowknife in the Northwest Territories. The district-size property lies on the Yellowknife greenstone belt, covering nearly 70 kilometers (km) of strike length on the southern and northern extensions of the shear system that hosts the Con and Giant gold mines. YP is comprised of the Northbelt, Southbelt, Eastbelt and Quyta-Bell properties in the Northwest Territories as well as additional claims and property interests. Its Con Mine Option Property is located beside the City of Yellowknife and adjacent to its 100% owned Yellowknife City Gold Project in the Northwest Territories. It also holds the Mulligan gold project in New Brunswick.

I have to agree, most of the mining stocks in NWT are being treated this way, AVL, ROVR, FT, NBM as well as YGT. Holding on to what you have for stocks is the way out but it does not taste good at all. GLTA who are caught up in this, hold fast with your shares, time for butchering those pigs is growing closer.
