MexicoI am pleased to see Yale in North America, at least in a place geographically I can relate to. And as much as Makuru and Namibia hold huge potential, and will likely produce a great deal of excitement and value for us the shareholders, the Mexican deal offers a different sort of comfort.
The area the company is in is prolific no doubt and Yale has done a deal where all cash goes into the ground, not someone elses pocket, which inherently offers optimism on the potential value of the property.
All said I think this is a great move for Yale, I continue to think that the stock trades in the "shell" valuation and am only sorry (for me mostly) that it didn't hold up in the 40's. However I am in this for the mgmt and the BOD and hence the longer pull. Bought some down here and will happily pick away... some to rent, some to own.
Best ofluck to all!
Mike!
