Excellent deal for Yale I thought it was an excellent deal and puts Yale in a great position. Yale gets $200,000 US plus they still participate in the property by owning one million shares of SURE. If SURE has any success on the property, SURE's stock price will be bid up and Yale would be a beneficiary in that scenario. It is nice to see First Majestic Silver involved in the deal.
