Why is YTY doing "shares for debt"????

I thought they were making money???? This one a lot like VTI. No volume...no interest and as added bonus HANS BLACK. I have just begun my intensive DD. So far I see nothing but red flags. I will do more digging on the whole YTY financing fiasco with this HANS individual. Lots more to report. I will do all the DD necessary. It may not be pretty. But it will be factual.
