The deal was made to expedite the 100% ownership... which was of benefit to Zenyatta and all the shareholders....what you don't seem to realize is, that Clffs reliquished their remaining 20% of the Albany project, but now have approximately 15% of Zenyatta stock, 6,000,000.shares (appox.).These shares will equal $30,000,000 @ $5.00/ share. The sooner all deals are done and purity is confirmed, the sooner we, and Cliffs will be better off financailly....... What % of stock do you own..?...... What will you sell them for.?
