I believe that he is instumental in the success of Zenyatta to date. exercising his options is what he was supposed to do it gave cash to the treasury. He brought Aubrey in to be the President and CEO... and deserves the rewards of a job well done. He is also a Vice president of Mackie Research (083).... Yes he is an "insider" why would he be a seller now.? The stock is going a lot higher..! Why don't you read Zenyatta's website..... it's all there for all to see.
