You are wrong here on 2 counts.... they do know the cost of purification is cheap and simple... because the graphite has high initial purity..... The second point is redundant ... there will be no further lab tests required... all they need to do is determine the size of the ore body and the % consistancy... stop trying to make this complicated.... it is too simple for you to understand.
