Should they not be punished. Is this what they call "whte collared crime".? Does the TSX not regulate and punish these Institutions..... I have dealt with the TD for 50 years ... I have paid them thousands in interest and bank charges over the years ... Isn't that enough.? They give me 2% on my deposits and rob some poor guy that borrows from them @ 12.5+ %...and then they get protected by the police , if the same guy goes in and tries to rob them. They rob and no one says anything , an individual tries to rob them and he goes to jail. I am old enough to remember when Banks couldn't and would'nt rob the public. How did we let it come to This...? Even with all the Compliance in the governing of the Stock Market it seems that those with power can get away with anything. Compliance is set up to protect them and not the individual investor. There I go again !! Running offf at the mouth .. and powerless to change the path we are heading in.
