Firstly I have nor will ever have any need to go to court against ZEN.
Suffice to say that ZEN at this moment IMO does not have third party verification for their property.
I believe that the market has priced in the fact that this is vein type. When the third party confirmations and results come out the market may feel that ZEN is worth more then it currently is.
Slider as far as knowing anything about graphite,,,,,,,,, well I have learned some things about graphite since I have been involved in the business since 2001. I am just cautious at my age.
ZEN has a long way to go to prove up the economics of the Albany property.
1 43-101
2 PEA
3 Bankable
4 Baseline environmental studies
5 Pilot plant
6 Mine closure plans filed with the MNDM.
7 and some that I have no doubt missed.
Minimum three years to production IMO. The above part of mining I do know. It is a long frustrating road and there is no such thing as fast tracking in the mining business. It seems that things that should take a year take two, things that should take three months take six. well you get the picture. There are so many third parties involved that a Company has trouble controling time lines for reports etc.
Good luck to you.
