Bulk Samples...Chapter 3From the Chief...Thats what I find amusing. We know ZEN cannot release the info? Really, who said, who has said in ZEN offices that they CANNOT release the info on bulk samples? What has happened here is a presumption has turned into a fact. You guys have worked facts to fit, "clandestine negotiations, NDAs etc. When in fact no one has confronted the company and asked why they are withholding material info. Material info cannot be withheld because they want it in the PEA, no matter how many time your try to spin the story. Whats happening here is someone says something, everyone accepts it, and thats the law. Too funny..... From Sandra...Zenyatta is not withholding information. We release information as it becomes available and is material information. We are still patiently waiting for RPA to come thru at the end of June for the PEA.
