I partly agree with you, yes they eventualy need funding, but I bet they will need less that was previously tought in the PEA since the new business model, use smaller amount of graphite to produce high value graphene, they dont need a big mine to get the graphite they need for the next few years and when the graphene market explode, then they could build a big mine to get all the graphite in reserve. By that time, they will have sales and income, PI and Patent and they wont need to give away to many shares for financing IMHO
