Having been through this with another Canadian security I can say that I wouldn't be surprised to see a hit piece article on the company come out in short order. Fully expect this to be in the low 4s either late December or early January.
There needs to be accountability here (nothing on this matter was discussed in the most recent press release other than the intent to address issues on financials that would have been filed AFTER THE FINANCING CLOSED)
How would appropriate valuation of the company occur on financials that needed to be adjusted??
Who dropped the ball on the Albany project valuation not knowing how their classification change would affect the reporting and subsequent financing and how will their financial reporting be improved in the future?
With talk of a possible US listing this would have been lit up like a christmas tree if it occured on uplisting (the yanks love a good short story) so I guess we are lucky in that regard.
