No. The Zenguard patent is essentially dead. All of the claims were considered not inventive by examiners. Every claim. How can this be sugarcoated? This is awful news.

No you are incorrect. Zentek has not submitted an updated application. The filing date for the application is September 20, 2021. This is clearly noetd on the application document on the WIPO site. It is also listed on the searching authority opinion document.

This is the SAME application. There has been no updatd applicatrion. See the Sept 20, 2021 filing date. It was published on March 24, 2022 in accordancee with WIPO guidelines that stipulate applications will be published 6 months after submittal.
