Market cap of $58,000...still expensive given that they have a working capital deficit of over $1 million with no way of generating revenue or investor interest.  When is this officially declared dead?  Do they do another stock roll back of 10 for 1?  Do the regulators come in and force them to halt trading... . Anyone know how the mechanics work?  . Just curious, James
