For one thing, and for some reason some do the after hours trading, which would explain and would reflect a different price than the 4pm close, ... one theory.
Another reason is for penny stocks, some sources round off to the nearest cent, hence .035 would show as .04, but in you example it shows .03 which is probably programmed to truncate the hundredths of a cent.
