Looks like a bottom of sorts here.Is this the general bottom, or is there a financing coming and a price increase, or is there going to be a rollback. This one is confusing, as it seems like business as usual, at least to me. Have a friend that is still buried in this at higher prices, not sure if she will average down here or wait, i think either option is ok.
