Yes, the offer is legit, and it is with CASH. No potential financial complication. It's a good deal compared to the pathetic $0.028 offered by TIO. I think VAA should accept the offer. Otherwise we the shareholders should PROTEST!!!

Its a hostile takeover ...there is not a lot of negotiations to be done unless there is other suitors or those involved already, may up the Ante.......Time will tell. TIO del is real....this hostile
