IIROC issued a trading suspension and then subsequently allowed VAA to trade again. On what basis?
The only thing going for me at the moment is the timing of this offer, just after TIO made an offer. BUTTTTTTTT......?
What's an unsolicited offer?
1. Mike Bailey sending an email from his yahoo account?
2. Someone called Mike Bailey sending a fax to VAA
3. Why is there no information on Michael Bailey, the offer maker?
4. Is there no legal solicitation from Michael Bailey and Co, who are there lawyers/accountants? How was this information received, an unmarked letter?
I patiently held this one for more than 6 months.....I had to say this!
