No denial from Michael Bailey

No denial from Michael Bailey I'll take no denial as real intention on the part of Mike. This means it is not rumour spread by unrelated party. VAA is pretty stupid to point out the need of at least 35 days, which Mike can now easily writes into the official offer. Very interesting. Will Mike put his reputation on the line and risk being prosecuted for misleading the market? I don't think so. We'll see. This is hostile take-over, VAA should not expect Mike to divulge important info about the bid. VAA should get ready a few strategies to fight back. Initiating a call to Mike is a good move. But looks like Mike is in the mood to negotiate. The management has no choice but to fight back. They are all going to be asked to resign if the take-over is successful. What a drama. "Despite having had one conversation with Mr. Bailey on February 2, 2010, Vaaldiam still does not have any further information regarding the timing of the proposed bid, the conditions associated with such bid or whether the bidding group has the financing in place necessary to complete the bid."
