Why has this gone up?

It is some artificial created run-up so that some bigwigs can get out of the stock at a better price?
I checked Yahoo Finance, and there was no news on this thing since Jan 9!

Q1 news is due shortly...  if they sell a mine, the comapny gets cash,   if they want to reopen a mine, cash will be comming in ...   some diamond mines have reopened ... slow recovery in jewlery ...  or just a bargain at under a dime :-)

I own another junior diamond play and they also went up, I am watching this stock wondering if it would be worth jumping in,
