Ouch...Bailey takes a beating

Will Bailey be able to resist coming out against this statement?:

"Based on Vaaldiam's review of public information it notes that DunnCapital Partners, a group referenced in Mr. Bailey's February 1, 2010press release, is alleged to have been involved in issuing a newsrelease containing false or misleading information in respect of afinancing involving Emgold Mining Corporation as set forth in a pressrelease of Emgold Mining Corporation dated October 27, 2009. AlthoughVaaldiam does not have first hand knowledge of the facts surroundingthis matter or the other matters referenced therein, this disclosurecombined with the irregularities in Mr. Bailey's press release ofFebruary 1, 2010, and the fact that Vaaldiam has not been able toobtain any further details from Mr. Bailey or Dunn Capital Partnersregarding his proposed transaction, give Vaaldiam serious doubts asto its legitimacy.

Based on the foregoing, at this time Vaaldiam would caution investorsnot to place undue reliance on the proposed unsolicited take-over bidwhen considering an investment in Vaaldiam shares."

Nothing compared to the beating he'll get in court if he doesn't follow through.  IMO

Do you know of any documentation that could reveal if he sold his shares in the company during the bull charge?

Citing emgold on their NR is actually asking for trouble...it may be leading to a definite legal dispute. If this deal didn't go through would it be better for few folks at VAA, why would you want to incite doubt/anger in the mind of allegedly interested buyer....or is it bcos TIO is their fall back and they care less? We still haven't heard anything from Bailey or would we at all??
