Down day....

Getting beaten up today....no negative news that I can find.  Maybe just trepidation concerning the upcoming SPAC.  I personally do not like what this company has chosen to do.....it could be costly to shareholders taxwise. Maybe it will fall apart and stay on the OTC QB until such time that VASO can move up on it's own merit without this unusual convoluted merger of sorts.
