Analysts have still a price target of $9.30. We all know that delays are quite normal. The good thing is their sufficient cash position ("VBI ended the first quarter of 2018 with $58.1 million in cash and cash") and their low debt level. Do you have a link to the report or can you quote any meaningful parts?
