HC Inspection
HC InspectionThe Company has completed four of the first five steps in the process and its currently seeking clarification from Health Canada as to next steps in moving closer to Step 6, "Pre-license inspection”. Upon receipt of It’s "Ready to Build" comfort letter from Health Canada confirming that the documentation supplied meets MMPR, the Company retrofitted it’s facility in Delta, BC to meet the representations made on the approved license to produce application. There is no guarantee that the MMPR license will be granted.
This paragraph is pulled out from MD&A dt Nov 29,2016 .
As per HC website ,after completing the first five steps ,HC sends affirmation letter and the company decides when to request Prelicence inspection (PLI) which happens within few weeks of request .
But I don't understand what is meant by " next steps in moving closer to Step 6" . That means HC is not satisfied with Step 5 and has not send affirmation letter ? If any one knows the answer ,kindly clarify.
