What I was told in essence today was the people they hired to do the mundane regulatory requirements with the government... didn't do the job they were hired too.... While Vodis management have a lot of expertise in the product ...it's not so much when it comes to mundane filling of regulatory papers (and video) for the Canadian government regulators... so they had to outsource and that didn't work out...hence the long delay.. They guy I was talking with today took over to get it back on track. He's a PHD and also has experience with government agencies. He seems confident that things were done right this time. It is what it is.... hurry up and wait.
