VODIS USA INC. PHASE TWO INSPECTION UPDATE
January 23, 2017 – Vancouver, British Columbia – Vodis Pharmaceuticals Inc. (CSE:
VP / FSE: 1JV) ("Vodis" or the "Company") announces that it has been notified by its
tenant, Our Church International, LLC, that the Washington State Liquor and Cannabis
Board ("WSLCB") has complete their inspection of the Phase Two expansion of the
Washington (WA) State facility in Bellingham. No deficiencies have been reported.
The inspection took place on January 20, 2017. The WSLCB inspector has reviewed
compliance to state regulation on all of the aspects of the expansion at the facility
including the change of planned operational upgrades. The tenant anticipates the
issuance of an amendment to its Cannabis Production and Processing License to
confirm that the expansion of the facility meets all current regulatory requirements within
the next ten business days. Production is expected to commence immediately after.
