RE:Share Consolidation Agree. Share consolidation at this stage of the company will have a counter-positive effect. Less people would be interested to put more money to own a share in the company. There are cases in which consolidation is regarded as positive but this is NOT the case with BUS. 

BUS must be afraid of seeing the price below $2.80 and this must be a desperate move on their side to ensure the price stays at the level acceptable by Nasdaq. But even if they tripple the price by consolidating the shares, the result might be catastrophic like a sell-off from $9 down to $3.
