emh has a conflict of interest in this jv. They can sell they’re own mj and puresun farms. Get wholesale price and their own. In essence double dip. The supply deal they have with vanc isn’t impressive. As you can see Emh loves to layer up and play a shell game of moving resources.
i Believe the jv will do well as vff has a proven track record of building a successful vertically integrated. They have established contacts from the produce and retail side.
excited to see who they name as ceo. Once this happens we’ll see the jv prosper
