Submission of DRSSeriously though how long does it take to approve the proper paperwork. The Nasdaq is not fast tracking this and it makes you wonder why they haven't expedited this mishap.
I don't hold that many shares but am long VFF. I hope they get their act together soon.
VFF is a customer and so are the shareholders that bought. If something was missing from the original application for a Nasdaq listing the shares should not have been listed to trade.
