Why the panic?? This will be a good thing

Why the panic?? This will be a good thingIf you believe that management knows what they are doing, this is a good thing. they could wait until share price is $25 before they issue shares. They could use this in a share swap to buy something/someone.

Having this option on the shelf just means they can act quickly. 

The only way this can be bad is if management sells share for a price far below the live price. I wish I had extra cash to buy on this pullback.
