Ranked number 1 is MQL (a 2 month old oil focus Alberta producer):
MQL has a current market cap of only $74 million, current production of approximately 2500 boe/d with approximately 50% oil and liquids (guidance for 2012 suggests they could exit 2012 with more than 60% oil and liquids weighting and close to 4000 boe/d production). MQL already have 12.4 mmboe proven plus probable reserves and National Bank recently calculated that they could have at least $10 per share in inventory on a discounted basis (so more like $15 per share in inventory) yet the stock closed yesterday at only $1.76 (42 million shares outstanding). They also have a great management team with excellent track record and is fully funded.
