projected flat production for 2013

projected flat production for 2013

I find it interesting that the merged company of PRY and STO is projecting flat production for 2013, of about 9300 BPD.

With all the new wells they are drilling, and the waterflooding, either there will be a very high decline rate per well, or, PRY is intentionally underestimating the production numbers.

Any opinions on the flat production for 2013 ?
