Honestly, I could see a buyout.

The price looks to be getting dropped systematically and at the close. To lower the 1 month avg price perhaps?  Who knows..

A merger would be fine, they could use another play to diversify and not be a one trick pony with brutal seasonality. But RPL ? I sure hope not. Don't want to be hampered with their debt. And I agree with you guys divy is not for these small cap guys, mid cap at least.

If there is an RPL merger I hope PRY holders get more then half the new OS.
