Encouraged The institutions cleared or came at least significantly closer to clearing the seller, the action was good today. That combined with new posters predicting a drop that has already happened has me thinking we may have turned the corner. Don't be fooled the fundamentals are very strong. 1P NAV at $1.10, risked nav $2.50+, 2x cash flow, EPS, however you want to measure it.
