The management warrants, I think there are 20M or 25M of them, strike at 50c. So below 50c, the share count is sub 200M. In any case at 50c, you're getting in at the same price as mgmt. The warrants are anti-dilutive at this level. Unlike options, management actually has to pay for them, with real money.
