I do not know the near future, but I can tell you that there is still a lot of money looking for places
 to invest where it is relatively short time before you can drill and start making a return. most of 
 the assets on the market are prospective, but not de risked. pinecrest has 100 sections that 
 would be low risk (relatively) and economic at today's technology. together with what I see as a
 stable cashflow for the next two years, we should have someone sooner or later going after 
 tha company or the share price moving higher. 
Time will tell...
