The Very Good Butcher is already a very popular restaurant in Victoria.   It is situated in the Victoria Public Market and it is very hard to find a place to sit at lunchtime.   The bigger building will do very well here.    Can't comment on how this will affect the stock price except to say that I don't think you can assume a price drop because of a bigger and better restaurant in Victoria.   BTW - not that I am in favour, but we are still getting a lot of tourists here.
