I have seen a few people saying that company money was somehow (Directly or indirectly) involved in one of the management getting or working on their personal house.

Just wondering if anyone here can fill me in on what the whole story of this is?

This NO rumor, it fact. Both top 2 company owners have purchased multi million dollar homes in Victoria BC. Also more than 2 top end sports cars, for family gifts. MS and JD have now hid themselves in management, maybe as a get away before law comes knocking !! This company VGFC has been a scam from the beginning. Mitchell Scott is a scam artist thug..
