With plenty of cash in the bank, Gold ready to move up big time IMHO, and the Quebec government footing half the bill for the exploration, Andre can play the waiting game.
Maybe this pr will get the majors to realize they have to pay up big time to get Eleonore, and stop fooling around IMHO.
