they will take the blue-sky right out of this price model. most of the arrogant types on Bay st believe the nav of Virginia is well under 5.00.Forget about future drilling etc
their only dream l know ,is to get a fee from the major buyer of property.
They missed the gamble when we started drilling and all the ride to 8 00+ and the pull back to well under 6.50
they want it handed to them no risk,then they will play.
