Thank you all for your answers. My concern

was that after the last few prs, the stock would soar, and everyone would be yelling from the roof tops about what a great pr it was. This time the stock just sat there, and barely a word was said from anyone. Also the pr came out around noon when it usually comes out before the opening. Casey seems to like what was found, and it seemed to me great news though I'm not an expert. The reponse just seemed strange.

This is the slow time of the year and many people are on vacation. VIA is probably saving the best PR until after labor day.
