What a sad and pathetic state we are in when the dollar soars on more debt for the US. Let me see if I got this right...Billions in repairs required for Hurricane Katrina.........lost oil production.......increase in gasoline prices which results in less consumer spending and this all results in the US dollar soaring..............Whoever disputes the markets being managed need to have their brains examined to see if they have been programmed like the Stepford Wives that all is okay in the US.
