situ valuations of Virginia

Cannocrap ( Canaccord ) has gone to a hold on Virginia ,their reasons are present size EST. of 3 to 3.5 million oz's( rough calculation,) Using situ valuations of 35/oz to /45/oz present drilling does not justify current market capitalization.so market is in a very over priced mode, even considering mining property in Canada with significant exploration leverage ?????? My question ,in the negotiation stage would the management not be using something above 75/90 (us) an oz in discussions.I could not under stand why a company would deal this property away at values under 50 situ valuations.
