Yes, reporting a "bullboards violation" is one way. But have you noticed, these spammers get a heck of a lot of posts out before they're finally deleted...my suggestion is to stop them at the source. Spamfryer is one of many tools that will overload the offending site(s) to the point where they can't afford the bandwidth, and where better to hit them than in their pocket? When the site(s) like that are shut down, then the spam posts here will stop... at least that's the hope...
