Looks like it wants to breakout - note volume has already done so. I'd like to think there's more to it than arb trading - price and volume suggest there's a stronger under-current. Is this fun or what?

check my previous post and follow my link for a short term chart flag triangle pattern , its almost played itself out should see around 10.90 anytime now after that have to reanylize. technical analysis is no guarentee just increase the probabilities
