RE:Nasdaq listing

RE:Nasdaq listingPeople will say that NASDAQ gets more 'eyes' on VLNS and opens up more doors to institutions.  While that may be true, I personally believe well run companies that show lots of promise or consistently strong financial performance don't need to be listed on the US big boards for that (Canopy was an example in our space but there are tons of examples in other sectors....like mining or energy say)

For me, and more than anything, it has a credibility element to it and it brings US (and possibly global) individual investors into the mix. (TSX is big for us but not for persons of the USA).  That by itself could drive some positive action......but with that comes the dilutive element that most current shareholders may not like much....so will the price appreciation because some new people in the US can invest counter the dilution?  Not sure....

I'd love to have the company list in the US for the exposure and street cred but I wouldn't love a consolidation to get there nor the dilution required.

I'm positive others will strongly disagree with me....but......

So what exactly, or possibly atleast, are the implications or benefits of Valens being listed on Nasdaq?

Are there existing institutions interested to invest but must be Nasdaq to do so, or ATM transactions to raise capital for further acquistions that are cited or contemplated?

Please spell it out for us, someone please?
