    Volta Resources Inc. now offers shareholders:

    • A flagship project with an aggressive timeline to reach a development decision.

    • A combined resource base of 1,384,000 ounces of gold in the Indicated category and 1,552,900 ounces of gold and 724,880 lbs. of copper in the Inferred category.

    • A combined portfolio totalling more than 20 properties in Burkina Faso, Ghana and Mali. All of these properties are located on highly prospective Birimian gold belts, similar to those that have delivered several world-class gold mines in West Africa over the last 15 years.

    • Multiple first class exploration targets, including two projects in Burkina Faso with NI43-101 compliant gold resources.

    • An aggregate of over $33 Million in cash and marketable securities (as at January 25, 2011) giving Volta the financial strength and flexibility to take advantage of further consolidation and acquisition opportunities in West Africa.
