RE: RE: Valuations

RE: RE: Valuations

Re: my Friday post, apologies to the board and thanks for pointing out that VTR has not yet released their pre-feasibility. Honest mistake Honest Abe. Have you never made a mistake in your life???? I was not bashing VTR and I am long VTR and still accumulating.

I did review what little info there was on the website re: Kiaka metallurgy. There is sulphides in the ore which means extra expense to process. I still maintain my position that AGG's Kobada deposit will be cheaper to mine than Kiaka given Kobada's 90+% recovery with gravity separation only, $125MM capex to put her in production and 90+% IRR based on $1100 oz gold (July 2011 PEA). Maybe a AGG/VTR combination would make good sense. Both have very good deposits that will be ready for production very soon. Could be very accretive to both companies.

Time will tell and looking forward to VTR pre-feasibility.
